The Little Brown Dog

Our sweet Isabel passed away this past Tuesday, June 23rd. It was very unexpected and we are all missing her so much that we can hardly stand it. She was a wonderful little dog, so sweet and loving. For those of you who had the pleasure of meeting Izzy, you know that she was so much more to us than just a pet! She was our baby dog! I loved to dress Izzy up in her adorable clothes and you could tell that she knew she was so cute! She loved to sit in your lap or cuddle up with you anytime she had the chance. She was also a very gifted singer, her favorite song to sing was "Boomer, Sooner"! I've put just a few of the pictures we have of Izzy up to share with you. We loved her more than she will know, she was a great comfort to us all and she will be greatly missed.

I remember when we took this picture... we were hoping that the affection for the boys would continue after they were born. I think the next few pictures will show how much she loved our boys. She was wonderful with them, so protective and enjoyed playing with them too!

My Sister's Wedding

My sister and her now husband, Lincoln, were married this past Saturday, June 20th in Pampa Town America! It was a beautiful wedding and we all had a wonderful time! Our sweet little boys were the ring bearers and they did an awesome job. Grant was a little nervous with ALL the people, so he was carried down the aisle, but Rhett, our little showman, walked it all by himself! (actually he pushed a little red wagon and the aisle was very long!!) I wish we had pictures of that to share right now, but Aaron and I were both at the front (Matron of Honor & Groomsman), so those will be posted later when we get them!

11 Months Old!

Have you ever tried to get TWO 11 Month old babies to sit still so you can take their picture??? Well, I can say that I have.... and it's extremely difficult!

I can not even believe that my sweet baby boys are approaching their 1st Birthday! The past eleven months have flown by, it seems like I layed them down in their crib side by side and blinked, now they are both walking, laughing all the time, feeding themselves and sleeping in their own beds ALL night like big boys! Where did the time go?

Clearly, they are having way more fun than sitting in front of the camera!
