Disneyland Here We Come!

On Monday, October 21st, we woke up and told the boys we were headed to Disneyland! They were very excited to be going on a trip!

 Waiting in the airport
The Disneyland Bus finally arrived, the boys were getting a little worried we wouldn't make it!

Being silly on the bus ride!
 Yea! We're Here!!!

Grant was very into posing :)

The boys thought it was so cool that they could watch cartoons in the Lobby. It was really nice to be able to check in and get all the information without those two running everywhere!

View of Downtown Disney Area from our Room.
The rooms are so cool, the head board lights up and plays music, which the boys thought was fantastic!
Outside the Hotel, getting ready to go to Mickey's Halloween Party!
 Woody & Buzz
 Lego Store in Downtown Disney

 Finally inside the gate!
 The Disneyland Marching Band
Listening to some old phone conversations while Daddy got us some water.
We walked straight into Tomorrow Land and the line for the Buzz Lightyear ride was super short, so we hopped in!

What a Fun ride! We rode it 3 times while we were in Disneyland!

 Next up, Nemo's Submarine

Rhett LOVED this ride! Unfortunately the line was always really long, so we only rode it once.
As we were walking around, Grant spotted these guys! Oh My Goodness... Super Cool!!!
I made Aaron get in the picture because I wanted to be in it too! I have always loved Star Wars!
After meeting the Storm Troopers, we were able to jump on the Star Tours ride, which was also alot of Fun!
After the Star Tours ride, we were led into the Star Wars store. Holy. Cow. I'm not sure who had more fun, the boys or us?!?!
Of course we had to build our own Lightsabers!
Rhett built most of his by himself, Daddy just had to help with the tightening.

 Finished Product!
(I'd be lying if I said it didn't cross my mind to make myself a purple one!)
Then we moved on to making our own R2D2! I mean seriously, how cool is that! Not to mention, both boys LOVE R2!

Once we felt we had spent enough time in the Star Wars store, we felt we should actually do some Trick or Treating.

We also ran into Woody along the way. While we were waiting in line, Grant told me that Woody would probably think that he was the real Woody because he looked really good! Confidence is NOT a struggle for Grant :)
Waiting for the Halloween Parade to start.

Very cool parade and thankfully we were able to squeeze the boys upfront once it started!
We had a super fun evening in Disneyland! We followed the parade out of the park and headed back to our hotel to get some sleep so we could start fresh in the morning!
