2 Little Ducklings

A couple of days before Easter, Daddy brought home 2 surprises for the boys!

They LOVE surprises, so they were super excited to go outside and see what it could be.

After some consideration, Grant named his duck, Derrick.

Grant LOVES holding the ducks, however the ducks aren't too keen on being held :)

Rhett on the other hand is a little nervous.

He wants to want to hold them!

1st Swim in the Big Pool!

I think it's so funny how they stick so closely together, kind of sweet :)

This is as close to holding Jack as Rhett has got.

So we've had these ducks just a little over a week and they are HUGE!!

They enjoy waddling around in the back while the boys play.

I believe in another week, they will be ready to go to their new home, the park by our house.

That way we can go visit often!!

Buddy the Dinosaur

On Sunday morning we went to the Dallas Children's Museum to meet Buddy the Dinosaur!

Buddy is one of the main characters on Dinosaur Train, one of the boys favorite shows.

They were so excited to see Buddy!

We found the pictures of Buddy, but still hadn't seen the real Dinosaur, where could he be???

I think we spotted him, they were waiting with Razzles to get to say Hi!

After meeting Buddy, we went over for some Dinosaur Bone digging.

On our way out, we stopped for some fun with the Bubbles!

We found Buddy again as we were leaving, so we got one more visit with him!!

What a fun day at the Museum :)

1st Fishing Trip

During Spring Break, we spent a few days in Pampa. While we were there the boys got to go on their 1st Fishing Trip! They were so excited!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

On March 6th, Daddy celebrated his 34th Birthday!

We had a small party at home with some birthday Oreos!

The boys picked out a very special gift for Daddy.

They had been telling him about it for days!

A Red Race Car :)

They loved watching it go! It moves very fast!!

Later that week, we had another party for Daddy & Aunt Melissa!

The boys picked out the theme, Captain America :)

(I'm sure Aunt Melissa was thrilled!)
